Caz is the Executive Assistant to the CEO, as well as providing operational support to the business. Prior to joining Matter, she worked as a Virtual Assistant for 2.5 years supporting start-up businesses with their PA, Office Management and HR needs. Her 20 year career as an assistant includes industries in the software, music, legal publishing and healthcare sectors, supporting C level executives.

Caz is a graduate from De Montfort University, where she studied Law.
