Matter’s investment strategy focuses on building vertically integrated businesses that develop, own, and operate their real estate over the long term. We recently brought the teams of Placefirst, Realy Bostad, and Velkomn together for a few days, hosted by Velkomn in Denmark and Realy Bostad in Sweden. The teams looked at the similarities and differences between their approaches to building a living platform in their respective markets, and how these learnings could be adapted to improve product quality and tenant experience. Time was also set aside to tour a modular housing production facilities, recognising that modern methods of construction form a key part of the delivery mix for each of our residential platforms.
