Matter is pleased to announce that portoflio company Velkomn has acquired 667 homes in a transaction which significantly scales the business.
Alongside existing developments, Velkomn is now rapidly closing in on the 1,000 unit milestone only 18 months into its business plan.
The homes, which are spread across six locations in Zealand and Jutland, are completed and income producing. All are DGNB Gold certified.
