Christian Dushime
Head of Financial Reporting
Christian has responsibility for financial, investor and compliance reporting across all of Matter’s funds. He has over 12 years of experience in fund accounting and administration.
Prior to joining Matter, Christian was a senior Investment Controller and PATRIZIA (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers), where he managed fund operations for multiple investment vehicles, including the firm’s flagship Pan-European fund. Over the years, he has worked on several real estate funds focused on Core Plus, Value Add and Opportunistic strategies with combined circa €3 billion AUM across Europe spanning multiple sectors.
Christian holds a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology from King’s College London.
