Erik is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments for Matter across the UK and Europe, focusing on living and mixed-use projects. His work spans underwriting, transaction delivery and ongoing asset oversight.
Prior to joining Matter, he held roles at Greystar, CBRE and Altus Group. At Greystar he helped deliver large transactions, including a forward-funding in Staines and a ground-up development in Stratford and reviewed £1.5bn+ of pipeline. At CBRE he supported residential capital markets mandates covering £650m+ of opportunities.
He holds a dual MBA/MSc in Real Estate Development & Finance from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
