Shahad Alani-Stevens
Head of Investor Relations
Shahad leads the investor relations and fundraising strategy at Matter, where she oversees all aspects of the firm’s investor-related activities, including managing relationships with the firm’s existing and prospective partners.
Before joining Matter, Shahad was part of the Capital Raising and Client Relations team at EQT, where she managed real estate investor relationships across Europe and the Middle East and contributed to the product development of several real estate funds globally.
Previously, Shahad served as Director of Business Development at Swiss Life Asset Managers. Her earlier experience includes roles at Greenhill & Co. in the Capital Advisory Group, and at Ares Management as a real estate product specialist. She began her career as a private equity investment analyst at Kingsley Capital Partners.
Shahad holds a BSc in Chemistry from University College London and is fluent in Arabic.
