Having established a presence in the affordable housing market with St Arthur Homes, Matter was delighted to have the opportunity to expand its investment geographically and into the rental tenure.
From its base in Knutsford, Auxesia offers homes in the North West, North East and the Midlands. It has established strong relationships with local authorities and housebuilders in each of these regions.
Matter supported Auxesia with an investment package which will facilitate the acquisition of up to 500 homes per year across the two tenures, as well as providing operational support to allow the business to grow its infrastructure in line with its ambitious growth plans.
